This privacy policy explains how Munin Fit handles information when you use the app. It is intended for publication at https://muninfit.com/privacy.

Local-First Design
Munin Fit is designed as a local-first workout logging app.
The core workout logging flow does not require an account and does not require an internet connection. Munin Fit does not operate a cloud service for workout logging, and does not upload your workout records, body weight records, voice recordings, recognized workout text, or training history to Munin Fit servers during core logging.
Network access may be used only for features that need Apple or web services, such as loading or managing subscriptions through the App Store, opening external policy or subscription pages, optional Sign in with Apple, or other features that you explicitly choose to use.
Information Stored on Your Device
Munin Fit may store the following information locally on your device:
- Workout records, including dates, activity types, duration, distance, sets, reps, weight, rest, heart-rate fields, notes, and parsed workout structure.
- Body weight records that you create.
- App preferences, such as language, speech language, theme, units, HealthKit sync settings, and local daily record counters.
- Subscription entitlement status, such as whether Munin Fit Pro is active.
- Product feedback that you choose to save in the app.
- Imported data files and exported-data metadata needed to restore or manage your local records.
This information remains on your device unless you choose to export it, share it, sync it with Apple Health, use an Apple service, or use a future online feature that clearly explains what it sends before use.
Voice Input and Speech Recognition
Munin Fit uses the microphone only when you choose to record a workout by voice.
Voice input is used to create workout text and structured workout records. Munin Fit does not upload your voice recordings or recognized workout text to Munin Fit servers as part of the core logging flow. The app does not store raw voice recordings by default. Recognized text may be saved as part of the workout record so you can review what you logged.
Speech recognition is handled through Apple's speech recognition frameworks and the permissions controlled by iOS. Apple's processing of Apple services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
Apple Health
Apple Health integration is optional.
If you grant permission, Munin Fit may read workout-related data from Apple Health and may write workout records to Apple Health. This may include workout type, duration, distance, active energy, heart-rate samples, route-related workout information when available, and identifiers needed to avoid duplicate imports or manage records written by Munin Fit.
Munin Fit only accesses Health data that you authorize through iOS. You can change or revoke Health permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. Munin Fit does not sell Health data and does not use Health data for advertising or tracking.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Munin Fit Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Munin Fit uses StoreKit to load subscription products, complete purchases, restore purchases, and check whether a subscription entitlement is active. Payment information, including card details and billing records, is handled by Apple and is not stored by Munin Fit.
Sign in with Apple
Using Munin Fit does not require an account.
If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, Munin Fit may store the Apple user identifier, display name, and email address provided by Apple. If you choose Hide My Email, Munin Fit may receive Apple's private relay email address or no email address, depending on Apple's response.
Import, Export, and Sharing
You can export data from Munin Fit. Exported files are controlled by you after they leave the app.
If you import a file, Munin Fit processes that file to create or update local records. If you share an exported file, send feedback by email, or open an external web link, that action may involve your selected app, email provider, browser, Apple, or other third-party services.
Online AI, Analytics, and Tracking
The current core workout logging flow does not send your workout records to Munin Fit servers for online AI processing.
Munin Fit does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Munin Fit does not sell your personal data. If future versions add optional online advice, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync, this privacy policy and the App Store privacy information must be updated before those features are released.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Data exported from Munin Fit is controlled by you after export.
Apple manages subscription transaction history through your Apple ID. Apple Health data is managed through Apple Health and iOS permissions. Removing Munin Fit may not automatically remove data that you separately exported or saved to Apple Health.
Children
Munin Fit is not intended for children under 13.

Munin Fit 是一款本地优先的训练记录应用。

保存在设备上的信息
Munin Fit 可能会在你的设备本地保存以下信息：
- 训练记录，包括日期、运动类型、时间、距离、组数、次数、重量、休息、心率字段、备注和解析后的训练结构。
- 你创建的体重记录。
- App 偏好设置，例如语言、语音语言、主题、单位、HealthKit 同步设置和本地每日记录次数。
- 订阅权益状态，例如 Munin Fit Pro 是否已开启。
- 你选择保存在 App 内的产品反馈。
- 导入的数据文件，以及用于恢复或管理本地记录的导出数据相关信息。
这些信息会留在你的设备上，除非你选择导出、分享、同步到 Apple Health、使用 Apple 服务，或使用未来明确说明会发送哪些数据的在线功能。
语音输入和语音识别
Munin Fit 只会在你选择用语音记录训练时使用麦克风。
语音输入用于生成训练文字和结构化训练记录。核心记录流程中，Munin Fit 不会把你的语音录音或识别出的训练文字上传到 Munin Fit 服务器。App 默认不保存原始语音录音。识别出的文字可能会作为训练记录的一部分保存，方便你回顾自己记录了什么。

Apple Health
Apple Health 集成是可选功能。
如果你授权，Munin Fit 可能会从 Apple Health 读取训练相关数据，也可能把训练记录写入 Apple Health。这可能包括运动类型、时间、距离、活动能量、心率样本、可用的路线相关训练信息，以及用于避免重复导入或管理 Munin Fit 写入记录的标识符。
Munin Fit 只访问你通过 iOS 授权的数据。你可以随时在健康 App 或 iOS 设置中更改或撤销 Health 权限。Munin Fit 不出售健康数据，也不会将健康数据用于广告或跨 App 跟踪。
订阅和购买
Munin Fit Pro 订阅由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。
Munin Fit 使用 StoreKit 加载订阅商品、完成购买、恢复购买，并检查订阅权益是否有效。付款信息，包括银行卡信息和账单记录，由 Apple 处理，Munin Fit 不保存这些信息。
Apple 登录
使用 Munin Fit 不需要账号。

在线 AI、分析和跟踪
当前核心训练记录流程不会把你的训练记录发送到 Munin Fit 服务器进行在线 AI 处理。
Munin Fit 不使用第三方广告 SDK，也不会为了广告目的在其他公司的 App 或网站中跟踪你。
Munin Fit 不出售你的个人数据。如果未来版本加入可选的在线建议、分析、崩溃报告或云同步功能，本隐私政策和 App Store 隐私信息必须在功能发布前更新。
数据保留和删除
本地记录会保留在你的设备上，直到你删除记录、清空 App 数据或卸载 App。数据从 Munin Fit 导出后，由你自行管理。
订阅交易历史由 Apple 通过你的 Apple ID 管理。Apple Health 数据由 Apple Health 和 iOS 权限管理。移除 Munin Fit 不一定会自动删除你已经导出或另存到 Apple Health 的数据。
儿童
Munin Fit 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
